An Unmatched Surgical Facility

Dr. Duplechain opened the physician-owned Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital with partners in 2004. The 20-bed facility features VIP suites where patients can spend up to a week recovering from surgery in luxurious comfort. The hospital also includes 8 operating rooms, 2 treatment rooms, and a round-the-clock nursing staff.

Our office is located adjacent to the River Ranch neighborhood of Lafayette.
