Dr. Duplechain Explains Your Chin & Cheek Implant Procedure

For your chin or cheek implants, I will create an incision and place silicone implants in the specified area. For chin implants, the incision is created under the chin, so that the incision will remain inconspicuous. Cheek implants are typically performed through an intraoral incision so that no visible incision ever exists. Many of my patients elect to have liposuction of the neck or chin combined with their implants for a more sculpted and improved appearance.

Recovery & Results

After chin and cheek implant surgery, most patients are ready to return to their daily activities in about 4 to 7 days, depending on whether or not the procedure was combined with another facial procedure. Swelling and redness will typically subside within a few weeks. Once healed, you can enjoy your enhanced facial contours.
